Shipment Terms


Orders should be placed online using the shopping cart. If you encounter any
difficulties, please contact us at and we'll be happy to assist you. 

All orders must be prepaid by credit/ debit card, PayPal or agreed method at the time. Orders paid will be held until Payment confirm is clear from our financial alliances. We reserve the right to cancel orders shipped to unverified Card accounts or those shipped to a third party.  On Credit Card transactions, if the Bill to and Ship To are not the same, at our discretion, we will request a Credit Card Authorisation Form be submitted to us, along with a copy of the Bill to Party’s Credit Card and Driver’s License for orders to be shipped to a third party.

We offer flat (according to weight) shipping fee to domestic (UK) Customers and online real-time tool for international shipping.  If for some reason the shipping rate is more than what you paid online, we will get in touch with you on the provided details to confirm the rates, before we dispatch the product. 
We will notify you in advance and if you do not agree, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Special Promotions

From time to time, we run special promotions on selected products for limited periods of time. This could be based on various reasons including bulk discounts that we negotiated with our vendors or clearance discounts.

Order Turnaround

MH Star UK Ltd. ships everyday Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (except bank holidays). We strive to process your order & dispatch it  within 24 Hours.  In unforeseen circumstances if there are delays to your shipment although MH Star UK Ltd.  will try to inform you in time but holds no obligation towards any direct or indirect loss that may occurs.



Missing Parts

If any item is found to be missing parts, please contact us via email as soon as possible, so that we can provide you with full details on how to resolve your issue.
On Assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item, please report the item along with a description of the part which you believe to be missing. You have 7 days from the time of delivery to notify us on any missing parts, so it is essential you check your order and contents upon arrival. 

DamageD Goods

If any item is found to be damaged, please contact us via email as soon as possible, so that we can provide you full details on how to resolve your issue. Please don’t ship any goods to any address without our authorisation. All goods should be returned to us in the original condition including the packaging. 

1. Damages: Must be reported as soon as possible after the delivery, preferably within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
2. Under Warranty: We offer a 6-month warranty for all non-electrical products, and a 1-year statutory manufacturer's warranty for all our electrical products.
3. If we conclude that the item has a manufacturing fault, we will send you a replacement or refund the full amount paid. 

Unwanted Goods / Wrongly Ordered

If any item is unwanted/incorrectly ordered, please contact us via email as soon as possible, so that we can provide you full details on how to resolve your issue.

  1. In the unlikely event you want to return an item to us, we are pleased to offer all customers our 30-Day Refund. You have 30 days to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund.

  2. Please note, customer is taking responsibility for the return shipping charges for unwanted goods. Items must be returned to us unused and boxed as new in it's original packaging.

  3. Please don’t ship any goods to any address without our authorisation.

  4. Please note, NO refunds will be processed unless the goods are packaged in their original packing and are in saleable condition.

  5. When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of us receiving your return.

  6. If the return and refund have not been processed after four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.

We will not refund the cost of delivery you might have incurred when sending item back to us or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase if there is no mistake on our part. 


We would normally aim to send your item(s) out on the same or next day from when you place the order, subject to stock availability. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm) on 0800 240 4004 -  and if it has not already been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund the value of the item(s). If your order has already been dispatched please refer to the Ordering & Refund Policy.

As we provide a rapid dispatch service, we can only cancel an order during short period of time after the purchase was completed. If you are not able to reach us in time. please refuse the delivery of the goods and instruct the driver to take the back to the sender. If you are not available at time of delivery please advise other people at the address or next door to refuse the goods. Please note once the delivery of the item is accepted, you will be liable to return the goods to us. 

User Agreement

Customers should purchase products from MH Star UK Ltd. with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customer's own discretion and only after referencing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all other relevant technical information specific to the product. MH Star UK Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product. Products from MH Star UK Ltd. are aimed towards domestic (consumer) use only, we cannot guarantee the product suitability for industrial or commercial environment/ use. Any damage that occurs due to this is not liability of MH Star UK Ltd. 

MH Star Ltd (and affiliated companies) reserves the right to update product prices at any time, for any reason. While we strive to maintain accurate and timely price information, we are not ultimately responsible for errors, omissions, or otherwise inaccurate prices on the website. The final amount of money due per order is always determined at checkout time, not during shopping cart selection.

Order Acceptance

Please note, that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion
of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.
